As an Operational Manager and Senior Trainer over the past 15 years, Charles manages a team of highly trained and skilled Security Officers. With many years of experience owning and operating multiple businesses he has applied his knowledge to developing an organization which demands nothing but excellent service for his clients. Charles has instructed tens of thousands of individuals in the proper techniques of firearms handling including Civilian, Security and Law Enforcement.   He is the head trainer for a Security school training both un-armed and armed students to receive their State Security Officer licensing. Many Florida Security companies send their employees to him for their training.

As a Triple Distinguished Expert Marksman, he is one of only 152 in the country. He is not only a Certified NRA Instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer but is also a State Licensed Firearms and Security Officer Trainer. Charles performs the duties of High Impact Tactical Firearms Training, Security Officer Training and Civilian Home Defense Tactics. As seen on channel 6, 9 and 13 news Charles is regularly called on as an expert in his field to help explain firearms related issues to the Central Florida area viewers. Charles specializes in Active Shooter seminars for fortune 500 companies and security consulting. 

Captain Chris has been in the public safety field for over 10 years. He is a veteran of the United States Army, a former Police Officer and has an extensive background in security services.

Captain Chris uses his past experiences to mentor and train Critical Protection Officers. Some of the skills include active listening , report writing, verbal de-escalation, active shooter response, defensive tactics and patrol procedures.

In addition to ensuring Officers are properly trained and managed. Captain Chris provides consulting of Premises Safety and provides contract proposals for client security needs.
